A $10 Admin fee may be deducted from original deposit when canceling any order to cover administrative fees. **Travel Policy** Grill in Queue is a mobile Chicagoland service — we come to you. Standard service covers the greater Chicagoland area at no additional travel charge. Locations outside our standard area (per Google Maps) may incur a $10 per mile travel surcharge. We reserve the right to refuse bookings and refund deposits for addresses outside our service area. **Weather Disclaimer ** Outdoor grill cleanings may be affected by heavy or steady rain, which can make steam cleaning unsafe or ineffective.
