Includes: -Cleaning and degreasing of the grate/ vents -Outside shine and dressing of the vent stack body along with inside cleaning of any and all exterior contours. In addition, it will perform to perfection ridding the home of smoke and contaminants while cooking in an efficient manner.
Cancellation Policy
**Deposit Policy** Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hrs prior to an appointment. A $10 Admin fee may be deducted from original deposit when canceling any order to cover administrative fees. **Travel Policy** Grill in Queue provides service up to 30 miles from ZIP code 60465 at no additional charge. Locations beyond 30 miles (per Google Maps) will incur a $10 per mile travel surcharge. We reserve the right to refuse bookings and refund deposits for service addresses more than 40 miles from 60465. **Weather Disclaimer ** Outdoor grill cleanings may be affected by heavy or steady rain, which can make steam cleaning unsafe or ineffective. We also cannot operate when temperatures are below 45°F, as steam cleaning equipment cannot perform safely or properly in colder conditions. We monitor the forecast and can often work around light rain or shifting temperatures, but if weather prevents service, we’ll contact you to reschedule at the earliest mutually available time.
