From $380 — varies by burner count (size). Deep Clean / Restoration — Fresh Start for your grill. We mechanically resurface flavorizer bars, heat shields, and cooking grates. Other parts are cleaned thoroughly without abrasives so you get a Fresh Start that restores performance and cooking surfaces where it matters most. Add-ons included — grates, heat shields, and flavorizer bars are resurfaced in this visit. No separate add-on charge.
Cancellation Policy
**Deposit Policy** Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hrs prior to an appointment. A $10 Admin fee may be deducted from original deposit when canceling any order to cover administrative fees. **Travel Policy** Grill in Queue is a mobile Chicagoland service — we come to you. Standard service covers the greater Chicagoland area at no additional travel charge. Locations outside our standard area (per Google Maps) may incur a $10 per mile travel surcharge. We reserve the right to refuse bookings and refund deposits for addresses outside our service area. **Weather Disclaimer ** Outdoor grill cleanings may be affected by heavy or steady rain, which can make steam cleaning unsafe or ineffective. We also cannot operate when temperatures are below 45°F, as steam cleaning equipment cannot perform safely or properly in colder conditions. We monitor the forecast and can often work around light rain or shifting temperatures, but if weather prevents service, we’ll contact you to reschedule at the earliest mutually available time.
